I've tried cooking frozen sardines straight on the grill with one of those fish folding basket type thingy and they were great. Any other suggestions?

Not exactly fish…but seafood…shrimp on the barbie!!! Leave them in the shells (but clean & devein) & put them on skewers. You'll want to marinate them first & then skewer & cook. They just take a couple of minutes per side & they are THE BEST! Serve with some drawn butter. Yum, yum!

You can do them same with fish too…but the firmer types (like Halibut), marinate cut into hunks & skewer, etc. Or scallops too.

Sometimes, I do a trio of all three…on different skewers, of course, as the cooking times vary. Serve with potatoes (recipe below) & a salad, and maybe some bread. A meal that is devine!

Potatoes Romano

White Rose Potatoes (at least one per person)
Vegetable Oil (about a tablespoon per 2 potatoes)
Butter (about same as oil)
Green onions (1 for every 2 potatoes), sliced
Grated Romano Cheese
Paprika

Cook potatoes, but do not peel (either boil them or microwave on Baked Potato setting). Mash the potatoes (including skins) and add oil & butter while mashing. Fold in green onions. Spread into an oiled flat pan. Sprinkle with a little grated Romano cheese & paprika (& seasoned salt, if you like, but just a little bit!) Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

Enjoy your adventures!
